Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI) Training

CITI Training required for IRB Approval

Human Subjects researchers must complete the initial human subjects research course and pass the required testing modules with an overall score of 85% to receive a training certificate. UIW has built multiple courses based on the college / school of an investigator to reduce any confusion regarding which option a researcher must choose.

The initial certification is good for three years. The refresher course may be repeated every three years thereafter.
