Help Desk Services@ UIWSOM
Help Desk personnel are located in the UIWSOM Library downstairs.
Students and faculty may drop off their laptops to this help desk for service. This desk serves as the initial point of contact for all calls related to desktop and laptop support as well as calls related to audiovisual classroom support.
When to Call the Help Desk
Call the Help Desk or submit a ticket when you have technical troubles or need service with:
- Computer hardware
- Username and password
- Classroom technology
- Meeting room technology

STUDENT TECHNOLOGY PURCHASES
Every undergraduate is expected to come to school with a laptop computer. UIW's bookstore carries a large selection of laptop models. Purchases can be made online or in the bookstore.
Financial Aid (if available) can be applied towards to purchase of a computer.
